This Award winning, vibrant and popular Restaurant & Tapas Bar with 120 seating is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef who specialises in Spanish Cuisine.
The Chef's ability to create delicious, exciting and delightful Spanish and Western European dishes in a warm dining atmosphere.
Serving authentic Spanish cuisine for both lunch and dinner, the qualified Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to step up in managing 2 other Chefs and 3 kitchen staff.
The applicant must have strong, proven management experience, is well organised and knows how to run a happy and cost efficient kitchen.
This is a passionate team, dedicated to high quality foods and used to evolving the menu so that there is always a new delight for customers to enjoy.
